1. This Law shall supersede the Telecommunications Law issued by Royal
Decree No. M/12 dated 12/ 3 / 1422 H and shall repeal any provisions
conflicting
therewith.
2. This Law shall enter into force 180 days from the date of its publication in
the Official Gazette.
