The charges for empty split-trailers shall be 15 Rate in riyals per 20 linear feet for each day or part thereof upon the lapse of 10 days from the date of unloading. 4. Charges for Maritime Services: The following ships shall be excluded from such charges:  Military ships.  Fuel supply ships, water supply ships, excursion ships, fishing ships, tug boats, service launches, and barges. Half the charges stipulated in (4.2) shall be collected if such vessels occupy space on a commercial wharf. 4.1 The charges of pilotage, rope tying and untying, and maritime control tower services, including the use of tug boats, rope tying launches, and pilotage launches, shall be charged for each ship in the following cases: - Arrival at the port. - Departure from the port. - Half the charges shall be collected for transferring from one wharf to another.
