The infrastructure manager and the operator shall adhere to the following:
1. Setting and implementing appropriate measures to prevent accidents and control risks relating to
the safety of railways and the facilities thereof.
2. Taking, in emergency cases, the necessary procedures and measures, and providing the equipment,
tools, and places required to ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and railway infrastructure and
assets.
