1. Shipping agents shall use the electronic systems and applications approved by the Authority, ZATCA, and other relevant entities
to settle any relevant payments.
2. Shipping agents shall not use cash transactions during the payment and refund and shall pay all dues through electronic
payment methods. They shall also issue and pay all invoices through SADAD payment system approved in the Kingdom, or any
other systems approved by the Authority.
