Regulations for Shipping Agents

1. Shipping agents shall provide their services throughout the week and during the official holidays in the Kingdom. 2. Shipping agents shall appoint representatives to be available at the port on a 24/7 basis and during the official holidays in the Kingdom, in alignment with the operations in the ports and the relevant entities. 3. Shipping agents shall clarify to beneficiaries the working hours of their offices, ensuring that the actual times for customer service at the counters match the working hours. They shall also provide customer service to beneficiaries through declared and clear communication channels on a 24/7 basis. 4. Working hours shall be 24 hours a day to receive and deliver containers at the agent yard/warehouse throughout the week.
