Shipping agents shall provide the necessary facilities to the Authority’s control and inspection personnel, allowing them to access the
location where they can perform their duties, checking the relevant documents and records as well as verifying the employees. Failure
to cooperate may result in a warning, a financial fine, or both, as well as license suspension or license cancellation.
