All correspondence and forms related to the activity shall be prepared in Arabic on the letterheads that clearly include the establishment’s
name, commercial registration number, license number, address, contact numbers, e-mail, and website address. The same may be
prepared in bilingual format, where Arabic and English texts shall be written side by side.
