Freight transport activities shall be classified as follows:
1. Transport of goods for commercial purposes.
2. Transport of goods for non-commercial purposes.
3. Intermediation in freight transport.
4. Any other activity specified in the Regulations.
The Regulations shall specify the relevant sub-activities.
