Road transport activities shall be classified as follows:
1. Passenger transport activities.
2. Freight transport activities.
3. Vehicle rental activities.
4. Intermediation activities in passenger transport, freight transport, or vehicle rental.
5. Any other activity to be determined pursuant to a decision by the Board.
