Passenger transport activities shall be classified as follows:
1. Regular transport.
2. Irregular transport.
3. Private passenger transport.
4. Private automobile transport.
5. Taxi transport.
6. Intermediation in passenger transport.
7. Any other activity specified in the Regulations.
The Regulations shall specify the relevant sub-activities.
