Within three (3) weeks of the manual Meter reading, the TSP shall prepare a
Meter Reconciliation Statement in which it will record the difference between
the two successive manual Meter readings and compare it with the total
energy recorded for the same time period.

7.16.4 If any difference between the manual reading and electronically recorded
reading of more that 0.1 percent is noticed, it shall be highlighted and referred
to for further checking.
