The Code of Law Practice

Added 1- For the purpose of applying the provisions of this Law and licensing foreign law firm to practice law profession in the Kingdom, foreign law firm shall mean the non-Saudi establishment that carries out the work of the law profession according to a license subject to the provisions governing the profession in another country (or countries). 2- The foreign law firm is prohibited from practicing law profession in the Kingdom, unless it is licensed to do so in accordance with the provisions of this Law and within the limits of that license
