As an exception to the requirement mentioned in paragraph (4) of Article (45) of this Law, the foreign law firm may apply for a
temporary license to provide legal consultancy services for a specific project in the Kingdom, provided that the application
meets the requirements specified in the implementing regulations of this Law.
