Added
1- Applications for licensing foreign law firms and applications for its renewal shall be submitted to the committee stipulated in
Article (5) of this Law, in accordance with the forms prepared for that purpose, accompanied by all documents specified by the
implementing regulations of this Law.
2- The license shall be issued to the foreign law firm and shall be renewed by a decision of the Minister of Justice based on the
recommendation of the committee stipulated in Article (5) of this Law.
