اللائحة العقارية والبلدية للمدن والمناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة لعام 1433هـ

The Land Registry Department shall register any caveats or liens filed by a party claiming an interest in the real estate or a party who has an injunction restraining interest holders from acting with regard to the property, pursuant to the Rules set forth by the Real Estate and Municipal Agency.
