1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

1. The Company shall not deal with any unlicensed Insurance and Reinsurance Services Providers, and Insurance and Reinsurance Services Providers shall not deal with any unlicensed Person Providing Insurance and reinsurance Services. A signed written agreement outlining the scope and relationship between the Company and Insurance and Reinsurance Services Providers is required. عڴى الشركة عدم التعامل مع أصحاب ومزاوڲي المهن الحرة غ؈ر المرخص لهم، وعڴى أصحاب المهن الحرة عدم التعامل مع مزاوڲي المهن الحرة غ؈ر المرخص لهم، ويراڤى عند وجود تعامل ب؈ن الأطراف المشار إلٕڈم توقيع عقد بئڈم. 2. Insurance and Reinsurance Services Providers and their employees shall not deal with an unlicensed Company, and they shall not prejudice other company’s products when providing insurance services to the consumers. عڴى أصحاب ومزاوڲي المهن الحرة عدم تقديم أي خدمات تأمينية لشركات غ؈ر مرخصة، وعلٕڈم عند تقديم خدمات تأمينية للشركة المرخصة عدم الإضرار بالشركات الأخرى أو منتجاٮڈا. 3. The Company or an Insurance and Reinsurance Services Providers shall have a valid contract with any Person they are dealing with. عڴى الشركة وأصحاب المهن الحرة توقيع عقد مع أي شخص يتع املون معه.
