1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

The Company that underwrites Protection/Savings insurance business class along with other classes of insurance shall comply with the following requirements: عڴى الشركة الۘܣ تمارس النشاط ࢭي فرع تأم؈ن الحماية والادخار مع الفروع الأخرى الال؅قام بالآتي:  Appoint a qualified risk manager for its Protection/Savings insurance class that is independent from the other classes of insurance business تعيين متخصص في إدارة المخاطر لفرع تأمين الحماية والادخار مستقل عن الفروع الأخرى  Appoint a qualified reinsurance manager for its Protection/Savings insurance class that is independent from the other classes of insurance business. تعيين مسؤول عن إعادة التأمين لفرع تأمين الحماية والادخار مستقل عن الفروع الأخرى  Separate all investments and provisions for its Protection/Savings insurance business from the other classes of insurance business. فصل الاستثمارات والمخصصات الخاصة بفرع تأمين الحماية والادخار عن الفروع الأخرى
