1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

An Insurance and Reinsurance Services Provider shall have a permanent office where all insurance related registers and documents used in their operations are kept, SAMA must be notiβied within thirty (30) days of any changes in the permanent office location.
