1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

Insurance Brokers and Agents shall provide the insured with adequate information regarding the insurance policy and that there must be no inducement or deception. Limits of insurance coverages. (أ حدود التغطية التأمينية. b. Policy exclusions. (ب استثناءات التغطية. c. Contribution or Premium amount (s). (ج مبلغ الاش؅را ك أو القسط. d. Inception and expiration dates (policy period) of the policy. (د تاريخ بداية وٰڈاية الوثيقة. e. Policy conditions. (ه أي شروط تنص علٕڈا الوثيقة. f. Name of the Company issuing the insurance policy. (و اسم الشركة المصدرة للوثيقة.
