1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

The Company and the Insurance and Reinsurance Services Provider shall, within forty βive (45) days from the end of each year, provide SAMA with the following particulars: عڴى الشركة وأصحاب المهن الحرة تزويد المؤسسة، قبل خمسة وأربع؈ن يوماً من ٰڈاية كل عام ماڲي، بالمعلومات الآتية: 1. Report identifying the names of members of the Board of Directors, managing directors, general mangers, senior managers in all branches and affiliates and foreign representative offices, including the names and current positions and dates of appointment and the number of years of service in the company. قائمة بجميع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، والعضو المنتدب، والمديرين العام؈ن وكبار المديرين ࢭي الشركة وفروعها والمؤسسات التاب عة لها، والمكاتب التمثيلية الخارجية، توضح الأسماء، والوظائف الحالية، وتواريخ التعي؈ن، والأعمال الۘܣ يزاولوٰڈا، وعدد سنوات الخدمة ࢭي الشركة. 2. Report identifying the percentages of Saudi and non-Saudi employees on the Company, Branch, and departments levels including the managerial positions held by Saudis. قائمة بعدد ونسب الموظف؈ن السعودي؈ن عڴى مستوى الشركة ككل، ومستوى كل فرع أو إدارة، ومستويات الإدارات الۘܣ يشغلها السعوديون. 3. Any other particulars requested by SAMA. أي بيانات أخرى تطلّڈا المؤسسة.
