The Company shall evaluate the adequacy of its
technical provisions on a quarterly basis. The
minimum capital requirement shall be used to
cover policyholders’ claims in the case whereby
the technical reserves are deficient to meet the
Company’s claims obligations. SAMA must be
notified if such deficiencies exist.
