The Company shall adhere to principles set forth in this article when pricing insurance policies: :يجب عڴى الشركة عند تحديد الأسعار الال؅قام بما يڴي 1. Pricing shall be fair, reasonable and adequate; ١( أن تكون عادلة وغ؈ر مبالغ فٕڈا. 2. Pricing shall be set in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines with adequacy and appropriateness to the risks undertaken by the Company, and in accordance with appropriate technical reserves. أن تكون حسب قواعد الاكتتاب بحيث لا تؤدي إڲى هبوط أسعار منتجات الشركة عن المستوى المقبول فنياً أو التسبب ࢭي خسارٮڈا. 3. Providing SAMA with justifications and basis used in setting prices. These prices shall not be relied upon other Company’s pricing. تزويد المؤسسة بالأسس المستخدمة ࢭي تحديد الأسعار، ولا يجوز للشركة الاعتماد عڴى الأسعار الۘܣ تطبقها الشركات الأخرى فقط
