1Implementing Regulations of The Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law

The Company shall set up a claims’ department with procedures for accepting policyholder’s claims, claims evaluation and processing. The Company shall maintain records pertaining to policyholder’s claims and classify them into paid, unpaid, and rejected claims. Each record shall include the following: عڴى الشركة تكوين إدارة لتسوية المطالبات، ووضع إجراءات محددة لاستقبال مطالبات ال عملاء ودراسْڈا وإٰڈا٬ڈا، كما يجب عڴى الشركة الاحتفاظ بملفات خاصة بمطالبات العملاء وتقسيمها إڲى مطالبات مدفوعة، ومطالبات تحت الدراسة أو التسوية، ومطالبات مرفوضة، بحيث يشمل كل ملف الآتي: 1. Insurance application and proposal, if available; أنموذج طلب التأم؈ن وعرض التأم؈ن إن وجد. 2. Copy of the insurance policy; صورة من وثيقة التأم؈ن. 3. Policyholder’s claim’s information; مطالبة العميل. 4. Adjusters and assessor’s report and any other documents pertaining to the claim and the direct reason leading to the covered loss; تقرير مقدر الخسائر، إن وجد، وأي مستندات ضرورية لإثبات المطالبة، وتحديد السبب المباشر الذي أدى ࢭي ٰڈاية الأمر إڲى الخسارة. 5. Proportional indemnity share of any other insurance and reinsurance policies in effect. نصيب الوثائق الأخرى أو شركات التأم؈ن ا لأخرى النسۗܣ من التعويض. 6. Action taken by the Company and the status of the claim. الإجراءات المتخذة من قبل الشركة وحالة المطالبة ࢭي تاريخه. 7. A power-of-attorney from the Insured to the Company to subrogate it in the following cases: توكيلاً رسمياً من الم ؤم َّ ن له للشركة ࢭي الحلول محله عند: a. Third party Liability for the Loss. Defending the insured in repudiate liability or in determining the indemnity amount. (ب القيام بالدفاع عن المؤم َّ ن له ࢭي درء مسؤ وليته أو ࢭي تحديد مبلغ التعويض. 8. Signed settlement agreement by a Person for a paid claim. المخالصة الٔڈائية الموقعة من قبل العميل للمطالبة المدفوعة.
