Agents shall: : ج على الوكيل الآ ي a) Note on all official papers, correspondences and documents their license number, as well as the name of the represented insurance company. أ) ا ضا رقم التجخيت على ا ورا والم اسلات والمسممتندات ال سمممية ا مماوة ا ى اسممم تمم كة التأمين اللى مثلها. b) Comply with the insurance policy limits that they are authorized to sell as set in the contract binding the agent to the represented insurance company. ب) الالتزام بحدو وثايي التأمين المسمممو بيعها ووقما للاتفما المل ُل م الوكيمل تجمات تمممم كمة التأمين اللى مثلها. c) Not represent more than one insurance company without obtaining the prior approval of SAMA. ج) عممدم تمثيممل أكثج مة تمممم كممة تممأمين ون . مواوقة الملسسة على ل d) Provide to the insurance company their compliance and internal control manuals if requested to do so. ) ت وبد تمممم كة التأمين بأ لة الالتزام وال قابة .الداخلية عند طلبها منه e) Obtain the approval of SAMA for any changes occurring on the agency agreement with the represented insurance company. امممم) أخل مواوقة الملسسة قبل أ يييج حد في اتفما الو مالمة المهجم مع تمممم كمة التمأمين اللى مثلها الوكيل.
