Intermediaries shall: : ج على الوسطاء والوكلاء a) Understand the terms and conditions of all policies offered to Clients. أ) وهم بنو جميع وثايي التأمين المقدمة للعملاء وت وطها. b) Understand Clients’ profile, coverage needs, and appetite for risk. ب) وهم مالمة العميمل وا تيماجماتمه مة التيطيمة التممأمينيممة و ممدى قممدرتممه على تح ممل ج ء مة المخاط. Legal Requirements: :المتطلبات النظامية Intermediaries shall ensure that any documents issued comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. على الوسممممطمماء والوكلاء التممأكممد مة أن جميع المسممممتندات الصمممما رم منهم تتفي مع المتطلبات النئامية وال قابية.
