Board membership shall be terminated in the following cases:
1. Death.
2. Resignation; a member shall be deemed resigned if he fails to attend three
consecutive or six non-consecutive board meetings without an excuse
acceptable to the chairman.
3. Inability to perform membership duties.
4. Loss of any membership requirement specified in Article 16 of this Law.
With the exception of the case stipulated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the
Minister shall issue a reasoned decision for termination of membership.
In all cases, a person whose membership is terminated for violating Article
16(6) of this Law may not be nominated for board membership in any chamber
for eight years from the date of termination.
