Law of Port Service Fees and Charges

The storage tariff for imported or exported general cargo specified in item (5.1) of Table (B) Second shall be collected for their period of stay at the port after 15 days from the date of completion of unloading from the vessel or the date of receipt at the port facilities. Storage time is calculated based on the actual number of storage days, including any public holidays. The storage tariff for imported or exported Ro-Ro cargo as specified in item (5.1) of Table (B) Second shall be collected for their period of stay at the port after seven days from the date of completion of unloading from the vessel or the date of receipt at the port facilities. Storage time is calculated based on the actual number of storage days, including any public holidays. The storage tariff for imported or exported other cargo specified in item (5.1) of Table (B) Second, with the exception of containers, general cargo and Ro- Ro, shall be collected for their period of stay at the port after 10 days from the date of completion of unloading from the vessel or the date of receipt at the port facilities.
