Tariffs of container/trailer destuffing or stuffing: Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Destuffing the contents of containers/trailers per unit Stuffing containers/trailers per unit In addition to the tariffs specified in Table (B) Second items (3.1.1) and (3.1.2) above, the following amounts shall be collected if the cargo are stacked inside the container in a manner in which handling equipment cannot be used: Containers of 20 feet or less per container Containers longer than 20 feet per container 3.2 Palletization at CFS including pallet cost shall be charged 82 SAR per pallet. 3.3 Failure of the owner of cargo to attend on the agreed upon time for customs inspection of the cargo in containers shall result in returning the containers to the stacks of imported cargo, setting a new date, and payment of a tariff of 240 SAR for each operation. 3.4 Transferring the contents of a container or trailer to another container or trailer and stacking and stowing them (for non-customs purposes): Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Non-refrigerated per unit Refrigerated per unit 3.5 Any additional requirement for Lift on/Lift off (LoLo) services requested by the cargo owner for O/D containers or flatbeds within the boundaries of the port shall be charged as follows, excluding LoLo included in the Terminal Handling Tariffs: Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees Table (B) Second: Charges Collected from the owners of cargo Fourth Edition Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Lift-on for O/D containers/flatbeds per unit Lift-off for O/D containers/flatbeds per unit 3.6 Any additional requirement for trailer movement of O/D containers or flatbeds within the terminal requested by the cargo owner shall be charged 200 SAR per unit, excluding trailer movement included in the Terminal Handling Tariffs. 3.7 Any additional requirement for trailer movement of O/D containers or flatbeds between different terminals in a port (Inter-terminal transfer) requested by the cargo owner shall be charged at 200 SAR per unit. 3.8 Any transfer of late containers/flatbeds to the area of abandoned shipments shall be charged 200 SAR per unit. 3.9 Shifting of the leaking containers to designated area shall be charged 600 SAR per container. Such tariff shall include Lift-on Lift-off tariffs and trailer transportation of the container to the designated area. 3.10 Connecting a refrigerated container or trailer to an electric current, operating, or supplying it with fuel, and monitoring its temperature shall be charged 200 SAR per day or part thereof beyond 3 days from the date of unloading. 4 Tariffs for ancillary services to the port services for refrigerated and frozen cargo
