Any other non-maritime additional service, such as cleaning vessel holds,
repairing damaged packages of cargo, and handling cargo requiring special
equipment or treatment shall be charged, and the party requesting the service
shall provide the necessary materials. The actual cost shall be calculated as per
the tariffs for used equipment and manpower according to Table (D).
3.9 Any additional maritime service, such as rescue operations, pollution control,
fire-fighting, or any other service shall be charged. The actual cost shall be
calculated as follows:
o The value of used materials.
o The tariffs for used equipment and manpower according to Table (D).
o The tariffs for used equipment that are not included in Table (D) shall
be calculated based on cost of operation, maintenance, and
depreciation.
3.10 Security services provided to level 2 security vessels upon their arrival at Saudi
