General Cargo and Breakbulk Cargo Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit General cargo per ton or cubic meter or part thereof, whichever is higher Exported bagged cement, handled by the owner and his equipment per ton or part thereof Notes: - General cargo specified in item (2.1.1) of Table (B) First shall include all cargo, Law of Port Service Tariffs and Fees Table (B) First: Charges collected from vessel owners or agents Fourth Edition except vehicles, self-propelled equipment, livestock, bulk cargo, or cargo loaded onto containers, flatbed trucks, or trailers. - General cargo requiring special equipment or treatment as part of its handling service shall be subject to the tariffs specified in item (2.1.1) of Table (B) as well as to tariffs for any additional services rendered thereto in accordance with item (3.8) of Table (B) First. - In case of dangerous cargo, an additional 25% shall be charged over the tariffs specified in item (2.1) of Table (B) First. 2.2 Tariffs for vehicles and self-propelled equipment shall be based on their weight as follows: Item No. Description Rate in riyals Unit Less than 3 tons per unit From 3 to 10 tons per unit More than 10 and up to 40 tons per unit More than 40 tons per unit Notes: - Semi-trucks shall be subject to item (2.2) of Table (B) First, and the trailers attached thereto shall be subject to item (2.5.1) of Table (B) First. - Tracked vehicles must be mounted on trailers or flatbeds and shall be subject to item (2.5.1) of Table (B) First.
