Law of Port Service Fees and Charges

The Tariffs of pilotage, mooring services, rope handling, and vessel traffic services, including the use of tugboats, line-handling boats, and pilotage launches, shall be applied to each vessel in the following cases: o Arrival at the port. o Departure from the port.
