72. Cargo Handling, Storage and Delivery 1. Loading, unloading, and related cargo operations shall be conducted by the service provider present in the port to handle its cargo, or by other companies if required, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Authority or the competent entity. 2. The rights and duties of loading and unloading service providers or cargo loading and unloading companies shall be governed by contracts concluded between them and the Authority or the competent entity, and in accordance with this Regulation. 3. Solid bulk cargo loading and storage are governed by the provisions of the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargo Code (IMSBC Code) issued by the competent entities. 4. Cargo is divided into different types: Containers: Containers Importing: Chart of Containers Importing:  Once the ship is docked and all mooring ropes are secured, the maritime pilot embarks the ship.  Cranes are lowered and operations commence.  Containers are loaded onto trucks for the x-ray machine inspection.  All incoming containers pass through the x-ray machine and await the clearance instructions (INI)  If clearance instructions (INI) are issued before the arrival of the ship, and the result is to inspect the container manually, the container shall be directly transferred to the manual inspection yard. ترصیف السفینة تفریغ الحاویات جھاز الأشعة ساحة التخزین إذا تم إصدار تعلیمات الفسح ) (INIقبل وصول السفینة، وكانت النتیجة فحص الحاویة یدوی ًا، یتم نقل الحاویة مباشرة ً إلى ساحة الفحص الیدوي إذا كان الفحص الیدوي مطلوب ًا، یتم فحص الحاویات بناء ً على الطلب )مسح كامل أو جزئي أو باستخدام الوسائل( الفحص الیدوي ساحة التسلیم حجز لموعد الاستلام بوابة المحطة إذا لم یتم إنھاء إجراءات الشحنة خلال المدة المحددة حسب النظام تحول الى متروكة Ship Docking Containers Unloading X-Ray Machine Storage Yard Terminal Gate Receipt Appointment Booking Delivery Yard Manual Inspection If clearance instructions (INI) are issued before the arrival of the ship, and the result was to inspect the container manually, the container shall be directly transferred to the manual inspection yard. If manual inspection is required, containers are inspected based on the request (full or partial scanning or by other means). If the shipment procedures are not taken within the system’s set timeframe, the shipment will be transferred to the abandoned cargo yard.
