1. Pursuant to a decision by the Board, the Authority may grant any of the port beneficiaries an exemption from any of the
provisions, procedures or controls of this Regulation. The Board may also authorize whomever it deems appropriate to grant
the power of exemption.
2. The exemption shall remain effective and valid to the extent and during the period that the Board deems appropriate for the
public interest.
