Operating Regulation

1. In addition to any other powers vested therein under legislation, the Authority may take any action it deems necessary and appropriate to perform its tasks and functions and anything related thereto. Operating Regulation The Authority may take the action it deems necessary to enforce the provisions of this Regulation. This includes conducting investigations, setting regulations, standards, and procedures, and issuing orders. It may also take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with such action.
