Passengers and their belongings as well as goods shall be transported on roads using one of the
following means:
1. Buses.
2. Private automobiles.
3. Taxis.
4. Trucks.
5. Bikes.
6. Tractors, trailers, or semi-trailers.
7. Any other road transport means that may be developed in the future and is classified as such by a
Board decision.
