The Organization shall pay the expenses of the preparation of the body of a deceased contributor who
dies due to a work injury or who used to receive a monthly benefit as well as the expenses of the
transportation thereof to his home country. The Organization shall also pay the expenses of
transporting an injured person with an occupational disability who requires the assistance of others,
as determined by the competent medical board, to his home country. The Regulations shall specify
the provisions necessary for the application of this Article.
