In order to ensure the integrity of the information and data submitted to the Ministry, the licensee shall: Provide the Ministry, upon its request, with any information or data via any means it deems appropriate and within the specified time; Update his data and that of the travel and tourism services office registered with Ministry’s electronic system immediately after any change thereof; Maintain a copy of the tourists’ data, contracts, and any other data required to be kept by the Ministry, for a period of no less than one year, without prejudice to their confidentiality and privacy in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions, upon delivering services that require access to personal data, address, and contact means.
