Operating Regulation

The provisions set forth in this Regulation neither exempt any party from compliance with any other statute, regulations, policies, decisions, and circulars issued by the Authority or the relevant government entities, nor exempt such party from compliance with any of the international conventions, treaties, decisions, codes, and standards to which the Kingdom is a party or that are in force in the Kingdom. 2. Every user or beneficiary that has a relationship with Saudi seaports shall keep a copy of this Regulation or obtain a copy thereof immediately upon its arrival at any Saudi Port. Neither the failure to possess a copy of this Regulation nor unawareness of its provisions may prevent the imposition of the relevant fine or penalty, if any of its provisions is breached.
